ANDERIDA ASSESSMENT CENTRE
Our in-house qualifications and assessment centre aims to provide all staff with the training and support required for them to develop the skills and knowledge that are required to provide the best care to our young people. Anderida Assessment Centre, deliver this through a range of professional qualifications and are registered with awarding bodies, NCFE and Qualsafe, our team of qualified trainers and assessors are equipped to deliver Level 3 - 5 awards in Residential Childcare, Training and Education, and Management and Team Leading, as well as a full range of First Aid qualifications.
OUR TEAM
Centre Coordinator
ELENA
Elena has worked at Anderida since 2003, starting as a mentor and progressing through various roles. She is the Centre Coordinator and qualified to assess and quality assure at all levels. As Elena’s role sits outside of the care structure and is to specifically scrutinise competency, best practice and quality assurance (to care diplomas standards), she is perfectly placed to also undertake independent Regulation 44 visits in our homes.
Everyone who has seen the rigour of her reports will recognise the integrity in Elena’ s practice and that she is not afraid to challenge, with the young person’s well-being being her number one priority.
Level 3 Assessor
Rachael is a Senior Mentor and Level 3 Assessor. She has been at Anderida since 2004 and has several years experience in assessing Level 3 qualifications.

She also oversees the delivery of life and living skills qualification for young people and undrtakes inductions for new members of staff.

Catherine provides support to the centre with Assessment and Quality Assurance.

Dawn is a support assessor, and is on hand to help anyone undertaking their Diploma.

Natalie is a support assessor, and is on hand to help anyone who may be undertaking their diploma.

Natalie has worked at Anderida since 2006 and is currently a deputy manager at The Willows.
NICK
Nick is a Level 3 Assessor and supporting other assessors.
Throughout his studies to become an Assessor, Nick noticed he had an ability to support fellow learners and discovered a lot of enjoyment, reward and a new appreciation of the work that goes into Assessing. Nick is looking forward challenging himself in a new role and enable learners to achieve their qualifications.

Ivita has worked at Anderida since 2019 and has qualified as a Level 3 Assessor in 2022.
Ivita is a Bank Mentor, delivers therapeutic support using ReAttach and delivers in-house training.
