Our in-house qualifications and assessment centre aims to provide all staff with the training and support required for them to develop the skills and knowledge that are required to provide the best care to our young people. Anderida Assessment Centre, deliver this through a range of professional qualifications and are registered with awarding bodies, NCFE with CACHE being the brand and Qualsafe, our team of qualified trainers and assessors are equipped to deliver Level 3 - 5 awards in Residential Childcare, Training and Education, and Management and Team Leading, as well as a full range of First Aid qualifications.

Centre Co-ordinator

Elena has worked at Anderida since 2003, starting as a mentor and progressing through various roles. She is the Centre Coordinator and qualified to assess and quality assure at all levels. As Elena’s role sits outside of the care structure and is to specifically scrutinise competency, best practice and quality assurance (to care diplomas standards), she is perfectly placed to also undertake independent Regulation 44 visits in our homes. 


Everyone who has seen the rigour of her reports will recognise the integrity in Elena’ s practice and that she is not afraid to challenge, with the young person’s well-being being her number one priority.

Rachael is a Senior Mentor and Level 3 Assessor. She has been at Anderida since 2004 and has several years experience in assessing Level 3 qualifications.

She also oversees the delivery of life and living skills qualification for young people and undrtakes inductions for new members of staff.

Prior to joining the Anderida family, John gained his Assessors Qualification after leaving the service of Her Majesty serving in the Royal Navy where he was embarking on a new career working in secondary schools. Since 2018 John has been working at Anderida and started as a Mentor. After completing his level 3 Diploma in 2019 John decided to take the opportunity to join the Assessment team and become an assessor for the Level 3 Diploma later in the year. John supports the team with completing observations, working as a Mentor and assessing new learner through their own diploma journey.

Dawn is a support assessor, and is on hand to help anyone undertaking their Diploma. 

Dawn has worked at Anderida since 2012 and is the home manager of Merdeka.

NCFE CACHE Level 3 Diploma for Residential Childcare (England)

We will provide registration, an induction, a portfolio, initial assessment, 68 hours face to face contact in own workplace, email support, learning resources, 2 x 4 hour workshops and certification.



NCFE CACHE Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England)

We will provide registration, an induction, a portfolio, initial assessment, 68 hours face to face contact in own workplace, email support, learning resources, 2 x 4 hour workshops and certification.
