Training
Our
staff enjoy a wealth of training and Anderida facilitate this on a very
regular basis using in-house experience and outside knowledge. EVERYONE
working for the company has an NVQ Level 3 or above. We also have
in-house NVQ assessors/varifiers and our own Will Williams is a PRICE
(Protecting the Rights of Individuals in a Care Environment)
instructor. Anderida staff undertake a huge amount of training to equip
them with the skills to work with young people with the most complex
needs and challenging behaviour.
