As you may know Anderida Adolescent Care are committed to making the company, and the way in which the children's homes are run, greener and more ethical. For years we have been heavy on paperwork from job application forms to brochures. When Toby joined us he scored zeros in all areas. On leaving Anderida Toby was scoring in the mid 90's out of 100 on his progression scoring: a score relective of his ambitions and ours.
